Creating the Future Together with the World

AI Architecture Design Workshop for creating the future moves to a new stage

KUME SEKKEI's “AI Architecture Design Workshop,” aimed at children who will shape the future, has attracted attention from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. They were organizing an event called SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025 and asked us to participate in the event. This event is one of Asia's largest startup conferences, where people from around the world gather to enjoy learning about innovation and create the future together. This time, we had the opportunity to participate in an international event on an unprecedented scale, meeting people from around the world and communicating with them to think together about the future of urban development.

  • Communication Hiroba Brimming with Smiles

At KUME SEKKEI's booth, we created a space where participants of all ages, from children to adults around the world, could enjoy thinking together about the theme, "What will future cities look like?," using AI generation. The booth, covered with artificial turf, had the atmosphere of a "hiroba" open space where one could enjoy a picnic. Surrounded by distinctive furniture, visitors spent a relaxing and exciting time experiencing AI-based architecture design on tablet devices and interacting with staff. With smiles and conversation flowing naturally, the booth became a true "communication hiroba."

  • Discovering the connection with KUME SEKKEI in the city

We exhibited models of buildings and panels to introduce various projects KUME SEKKEI has undertaken. Careful consideration was given to the height, shape, and layout of the panels so that visitors of all ages could enjoy the exhibition. In addition to models and panels that are fun to look at, we also provided coloring sheets for visitors to color in buildings using colored pencils. We introduced KUME SEKKEI's representative buildings and selected projects and initiatives, providing visitors with opportunities to discover new things, such as "This building was actually designed by KUME SEKKEI!" and "They are involved in other activities besides architecture!" This event served as a catalyst for visitors to familiarize themselves with architecture.

  • Preserving memorable experiences in tangible forms

We printed the data of participants' works on cards and presented them as souvenirs of their experiences. The staff members were touched by the joy and smiles of the participants as they received their cards. It would be our greatest pleasure to share with you the joy of creating the future through architecture while experiencing the world of KUME SEKKEI.

Building architecture = Creating value

We created a promotional video with the aim of communicating KUME SEKKEI's values and worldview for screening at the event. The video production team held numerous discussions and meticulously refined every detail to create a video that captures the essence of KUME SEKKEI. This video conveys our belief that “building architecture is creating value,” which is something we strive for every day.

Everything starts with imagination.
The power of imagination leads to the future.
We challenge ourselves to create architecture that transcends our imagination to create new value for the city.

We are committed to creating new value for people's lives and society through architecture, and to remaining a force that enriches people's lives.
